Hypnosis for business or large corporation, can be an effective and powerful tool to increase productivity and save you a lot of money. Listen to these shocking statistics:
Depression…: This year, more than 19 million American adults (9.5% of the population) will suffer from this often misunderstood mallady. It is not a passing mood. It is not a personal weakness. It is a major-but treatable-condition. No job category or professional level is immune, and even a formerly outstanding employee can be affected.
Untreated depression is costly. A RAND Corporation study found that patients with depressive symptoms spend more days in bed than those with diabetes, arthritis, back problems, lung problems or gastrointestinal disorders. Estimates of the total cost of depression to the Nation in 1990 range from $30-$44 billion. Of the $44 billion figure, depression accounts for close to $12 billion in lost work days each year. Additionally, more than $11 billion in other costs accrue from decreased productivity due to symptoms that sap energy, affect work habits, cause problems with concentration, memory, and decision-making. And the cost may escalate still further if a worker’s untreated depression contributes to alcoholism or drug abuse.
With all the medication and talk therapy that people have sought out, the problem seems to be getting worse. Hypnosis WORKS for depression. Why? Because depression is like a cake; it consists of many ingredients. With hypnosis, the client and hypnotist as a team, are able to go directly to the lies (or ingredients) they are believing and replace them with the truth. This work takes place in the subconscious mind where the programming originated.
Stress is another major issue employers must deal with. The 2000 annual “Attitudes In The American Workplace” Gallup Poll sponsored by the Marlin Company found that 80% of workers feel stress on the job, nearly half say they need help in learning how to manage stress and 42% say their coworkers need such help. The rest of the report is equally as shocking. Job stress is also very costly with the price tag for U.S. industry estimated at over $300 billion annually. Are your employees merely trying to manage stress or have they learned to remove the stress?
